Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the StatTact mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
To use StatTact, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not have been previously banned from the Service
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use StatTact. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. One account per person.
4. Predictions and Gameplay
StatTact is a free-to-play prediction game for entertainment purposes only. It is not gambling. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through predictions. Points, badges, and leaderboard positions have no monetary value.
Predictions are locked before match kickoff and cannot be edited after submission. All predictions, verdicts, and receipts are permanent records within the app.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
- Manipulate predictions, points, or leaderboard positions
- Share offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
6. Premium Features
StatTact may offer premium subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we do not handle payment information directly.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of StatTact — including but not limited to the design, graphics, verdict system, and tactical reaction cards — are the exclusive property of StatTact and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Content
StatTact displays football match data from third-party providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that match data, scores, or statistics are error-free.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
StatTact is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatTact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings, which will permanently remove your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
